Dillon Hubbard
Materials Manager
Dillon Hubbard is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in materials management and sterile processing within surgical and hospital environments. With over eight years of hands-on experience in sterile processing and more than two years in materials management, he plays a critical role in supporting safe, efficient, and uninterrupted surgical operations.
Currently serving as Materials Manager at Surgery Center of the Northland, Dillon oversees inventory control, vendor relations, and supply chain operations. His responsibilities include implementing barcode tracking systems, negotiating vendor contracts, and developing strategic sourcing initiatives that have resulted in measurable cost savings, improved accuracy, and increased operational efficiency. He is known for maintaining meticulous records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating closely with clinical and finance teams to support high-quality patient care.
Prior to transitioning into materials management, Dillon built a strong foundation as a Sterile Processing Technician and Lead Technician at multiple healthcare facilities. His background includes instrument sterilization, equipment testing, compliance documentation, ordering, and direct support of surgical, tissue, and organ recovery teams. Highly organized and detail-oriented, Dillon is recognized for his strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to completing every task thoroughly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Dillon enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. He especially values making new memories with his wife and their fur babies.
